This Privacy Policy explains how SwatchBase ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the SwatchBase mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information When you create an account, we collect your email address. We use this to send you important updates about the App and to enable data backup so your information isn't lost if you change devices.

Content You Provide The App stores the paint color information you enter, including color names, brands, codes, finishes, bases, notes, and how you organize this data into projects and rooms.

Payment Information (Pro Subscribers) If you subscribe to SwatchBase Pro, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your full payment card details — this information is handled directly by the payment processor in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Automatically Collected Information We may collect limited technical information necessary for the App to function properly, such as device type and operating system version.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the App's core features
• Back up your paint color data so it's not lost
• Send you updates, notifications, or important account-related communications
• Process Pro subscription payments and manage your subscription
• Provide customer support (including priority support for Pro users)
